Many authors struggle because they expect the book to sell itself. Although algorithms provide a brief initial boost, overcoming the 'discovery' challenge requires consistent, intentional marketing.

@ItsKieranDrew I had that exact moment, which is why it took two years to write. Even at the end, part of me wanted to keep making improvements, but every artist needs to know when to put it down.

Writing a book is one of the craziest challenges you can take on. You will spend hundreds of hours on it, then realise that there is a structural improvement that requires almost a full rewrite. At this point, you have a choice: accept "good enough" or dive in and push for excellence. Starting to understand why most books fail. It is relentless.
