He opened a food truck, and nobody came. For three weeks. Not a single customer. He parked on a different street every day, hoping to find his crowd.
Nothing.
Day twenty-two, he was about to drive home when a homeless man knocked on his window and said,
“What do you sell?” He said, “Tacos.” The man said, “I don’t have money.” He said, “I don’t have customers, so we’re even.” He made him three tacos. The man sat on the curb and ate them.
Then the man said something that changed everything: “You’re parked in the wrong spot. Nobody walks here after 5. Move three blocks east.”
He moved. He sold out the next day. His first customer was a man with no money and the best business advice he had ever received. The man eats free at his truck every single day. His staff knows: if he shows up, he eats, no questions.
The man who couldn’t afford a taco built a business that serves 300 people a day because he made him three for free, and he told him where to park. 🙏🏻

We've gone from 22 million acres of tall grass prairie to 22 million acres of corn and soybeans.
We've transformed our rivers and streams into agricultural sewers.
Am I getting my point across or is that too subtle?

The New Lede@thenewledenews
More than 60 million Americans get their water from sources contaminated with elevated levels of nitrate pollution, which is most likely coming from agricultural manure or fertilizer runoff, according to a new @EWG analysis. thenewlede.org/2026/04/nitrat…

I had a great chat with a friend of mine, a middle-aged gay man who left Seattle after the 2020 riots made the city he called home for thirty years “unlivable.”
He’s traditionally voted Democrat but asks me for my opinions sometimes. We were talking about taxes and he shared “I wish they’d tax the rich and spend it on social programs instead of war.”
I asked him “what percentage of federal income tax comes from the top 1%?”
“I don’t know. Maybe 10%,” he said.
I told him it was 40%, and that the 1% paid more than the bottom 90% of taxpayers combined. He was shocked. And we both agreed the tax code should be simple and transparent.
And then I asked him what portion of the federal budget is spent on war versus social programs and welfare.
“50% for the Pentagon and 10% for welfare programs.”
I told him it was basically reversed and that social entitlements and welfare spending was actually more than 60%.
Again, he was shocked.
The resentment and envy machine that drives the political left’s slogans thrives on people simply not knowing.

In 2020, a small city in Wisconsin told its residents they could stop mowing for a month. 435 households joined in. The bees came back the same spring.
Appleton was the first US city to adopt No Mow May. The city council suspended its weed ordinance for the month so residents wouldn't get cited for tall grass. Around 40 acres of lawn across the city went uncut.
Researchers from Lawrence University sampled the unmowed lawns and nearby mowed city parks in the same week. The unmowed lawns had 5 times as many bees and 3 times as many bee species as the mowed parks.
Wisconsin is home to nearly 500 native bee species. Most people have never seen them because they don't live in honeybee hives. They're solitary bees, ground nesters, small black or metallic green insects that fit on a fingernail.
Appleton's unmowed yards gave them food and shelter in the hungry early-spring window when almost nothing else is blooming.
The experiment cost the city nothing. It saved residents fuel and labor. It produced measurable ecological results within 30 days.
Dozens of US cities have adopted the practice since. Has yours?

This woman lives in Boston, Massachusetts. She has a 6 month old child and needs childcare but she heard it was expensive
She films herself walking into KinderCare, she got a quote:
- 2 days a week cost $2,450 per month
- 3 days a week cost $3,115 per month
+ $200 initiation fee yearly
“Like that is crazy”
“This is a true problem in the United States. Like this is really a legitimate problem that needs to be addressed because people can't afford childcare”
Foreigners and illegals get this 100% for free, paid for by taxpayers
Americans can’t afford to have kids but we’re paying for foreigners to have kids and replace us

Dear US Government,
I am writing to inform you that I wish to opt out of the funding of your endeavors from this point forward.
My family currently does not see any value provided for what we are paying.
Given the fact that American governance is predicated upon “consent of the governed”, as expressed in our founding documents, please accept this legal notice that neither myself, nor my family, consent any longer.
Thank you.

A comprehensive troubleshooting guide for new carnivores, compiled over five years of answering the same questions:
Tired in the afternoon? Add more butter.
Hungry between meals? Add more butter.
Headache in the first week? Add more butter. Also salt. But mostly butter.
Constipated? Add more butter.
Loose stools? Add more butter.
Craving carbs? Add more butter.
Cold hands and feet? Add more butter.
Dry skin? Add more butter. On the steak, not the skin.
Poor sleep? Add more butter.
Bad mood? Add more butter.
Gym performance dropping? Add more butter.
Gym performance fine but you just want it to be better? Add more butter.
Wife complaining about the butter? More butter. Different problem, same answer.
Doctor concerned about your LDL? The doctor is not the patient. Add more butter.
Keto flu? Butter.
Plateau on the scales? Butter.
Hair feeling dry? You're not eating enough fat. Add butter.
Feeling bored of the food? The food is not the problem. The amount of butter on the food is the problem.
Friend telling you this can't be healthy? Offer them some butter. Watch their face.
Thinking about quitting because it's not working? You are almost certainly eating lean meat with insufficient butter. Add butter. Report back in a week.
Already added butter and still have the problem? Add more butter.
There is no problem in the first thirty days of carnivore that cannot be solved, improved, or entirely dissolved by the addition of more butter.
I am aware this sounds like a joke. It is not. It is the single most common mistake new carnivores make, and the single most effective intervention anyone has ever suggested on this account.
The fat is the mechanism. The butter is the fat in its most accessible, most concentrated, most delicious form.
Add more butter.
That's the tweet. That's the whole guide. Five years of experience compressed into two words.
Save it.

Americans are saying we need to normalize just leaving if the prices are too high
Stop paying and just say no and leave
This woman went to KFC. She wanted chicken tenders, no sides, no drink. Just 6 chicken tenders
The price was $20. She said no and left
I’ve added the price into this video for each count
Prices in America are out of control
KFC’s largest stock holders are BlackRock, Vanguard, State Street and JPMorgan

American proves Amazon is robbing you
The more you look at the price of items, the more the price increases (just like airline tickets were caught doing)
She has 2 items she was looking at last night, she left the screen open
In the morning she clicks refresh. The price updates and now the same items cost 28% more
There were no ending sales to account for the change. This is just a system jacking up prices because you showed interest
$45.98 -> $58.98
This is exactly what airlines were caught doing
