Because Iran wasn’t pursuing a nuclear weapon and their previous leader issued a fatwa against them? Then they signed the JCPOA, which opened up their civilian nuclear facilities to international inspections and 24/7 surveillance monitoring before Trump withdrew the U.S. from the deal? Even if Iran was pursuing one, there would also naturally be risks in transferring these weapons or their components (in transit or fearing backlash from the US/international community) that China/Russia might not want to take. Also, where is the evidence that China gave NK nuclear weapons or provided them with the technology/blueprints to do so? Where can I read a compelling argument that’s the case?

Now they have the same 400kg again and have stated explicitly that it is a bargaining chip for sanctions relief.

@WallStreetApes Driver side thru the front windshield corner of the dash is the vehicle ID number. Even if the tag is hidden or fake. Next time any of you have an accident snap a quick picture of that and then if they drive off the police can go straight to their house and get them.

Are you familiar with the term "Fifth Column"?
It's a term dating from the Spanish Civil War and it basically refers to any organized group of people determined to undermine a nation and destroy it from within.
In the past 100 years, the USA has had plenty of Fifth Columns. The KKK. The German/American Bund. Multiple Communist groups.
But the term has always referred to some small, fringe minority.
But not today. In 2026, the Fifth Column is the entire Democrat Party and its army of media, NGO operatives and useful idiots, as well as a smaller group of Loony Libertarians.

The United States is demanding that Iran completely give up their right to enrich Uranium, including for peaceful civilian purposes.
That’s not the same as nuclear weapons, which Iran has repeatedly stated they were not pursuing, and in which there was no evidence they were doing so.
And even that wouldn’t be enough, since now the U.S. wants them to dismantle their missile program also. Again, another complete non-starter.

I am genuinely struggling to understand this logic.
If the rest of the world is willing to pay a small toll to Iran to keep oil flowing and stabilise markets, then why does the U.S. feel the need to block all shipping, especially when it is not dependent on that oil?

The actions Trump is taking is an effort to enforce the rights of free passage and entirely within the law.

There will be no days off.
And this is not what peace or victory looks like.
A Naval blockade is an act of war under international law.
No president should be permitted to do this without Congress and the country behind it.
Therefore Congress should do their overdue constitutional duty and vote on whether or not to formally declare war on Iran. Every elected leader must show their constituents and history where they stand now.
And they should call an emergency session of Congress and do it TODAY.
Anything else is a dereliction of duty and failing our constitution, our democracy and our troops.
But we should again expect failure from Congress. Trump does.
And he continues to do anything he wants with the most powerful military the world has ever seen.
This is not working, America.
He must be stopped.🚨🇺🇸
