This project involved extensive demolition, infrastructure upgrades, and comprehensive tenant fit-outs, revitalizing a total of 1.3 million square feet. Project Spotlight // Allied Commerce Center Building 5 Tenant Improvements 🛠️ The OHC team is in the process of constructing offices, locker rooms, test and wash bays as part of the tenant improvements in the Allied Commerce Center Building No. 5. The north office space and locker rooms are nearly complete and the main office is framed. Strict safety measures and procedures are in place to ensure the tenant can operate during construction. Next, the team will install the office mechanical/electrical/plumbing, as well as board and tape the walls.
