@Audi just received deliver on a U.S. spec 2024 Q5 S Line Plus in Germany from a military autosource, spent over 30 min on the phone with technicians that couldn't tell me why I can't get KPH on my speedometer. $60K vehicle???? What's the answer???

@Audi you should do more training for your customer facing team esp for Houston west Audi. I had to deal with some racial and obligatory remarks from a guy at the service team. I left a vm to his manager but no follow ups!!

@Audi @AudiOfficial @ Frustrated with Audi MMI ‘destinations’ issue. I send a destination from app to my Audi Q8, and it takes forever to reach.. at least 30 minutes. Not only that destinations saved as ‘favorites’ dont show up in car .. why does such a simple thing take so long?

Got a new 2023 @Audi after trading in my 2020. FIRST day I get it, it already has the dreaded module issue. It's been at least 3 years & they STILL can't fix this? I don't even have my car a few weeks & I get to drive a loaner.. 🙄 nevermind that one screen pops up while driving

Remember that Time you brought your car to @Audi Raleigh and they took 26 days to do the oil change and get you new tires (tires were installed on the 4th? All because they kept screwing up your alignments, had you come to pick it up 4 times.. only to pull it right back in for another service tickets? I Do. It's absolutely crazy how poor my experience has been. Now the car is being returned to me at some point in a non-repaired state, for an issue it didn't have when dropped off. All because I can no longer trust the technicians working on it. The kicker, other techs across the us look at the notes and can't believe the things they've done and are doing.. it's crazy. I expect i'll be calling @Audi on monday to find out how they want me to get this sorted. They're doing a real dis-service to the brand. Seems to be recurring issue with their service centers sadly.

@janderson1971 We are working to understand the new technical requirements of the new regulation set forth by the NHTSA so we can implement the technology into US market vehicles sometime in the future. There are no plans at the moment to activate Digital Matrix lights/Adaptive Driving Beams.

Build quality has declined in @Audi cars. My S4 was custom ordered, is less than 6 months old with only 2500 miles on it and the entire dashboard sounds like it is loose. It constantly creaks while driving. I traded my previous Audi in with over 75k miles and it didn’t do this

@Audi Dealership claimed that the rate of interest was set by AFS and not by them. They also tried to get the best rate possible. What should I believe?

@Audi Bought a beautiful Audi A5 today at Audi West Houston. However I couldn't get the 2.99% APR offer, given that I'm a first time car owner in the US. Despite having a good credit score. Would encourage Audi to be more transparent in their offers instead of false advertising!
