No, he can't "technically" see. In order to see, you need working eyes. Matt doesn't have that, he is technically blind. He can't see digital screens, can't look at the sky, he literally can't fucking drive because he can't see traffic lights, etc. He is still disabled.

@Invigoration_ @PunisherFanatic Except he's not "seeing" silhouettes. He's able to get an idea of what things are through a combination of hearing, temperature, air pressure, smells, and the like, and make a mental "map" of them. But he is 100% incapable of "seeing" them.

You and that other stupid fuck quoted a tweet where I replied to someone implying that Matt couldn’t see anything whatsoever and only relies on his hearing which isn’t true, his radar sense allows him to “see”

@Invigoration_ @PunisherFanatic In the very post I was replying to. Under the standards set forth, @PunisherFanatic is correct that he's "technically blind" (aka "legally blind"). He cannot "technically see", because his eyes are incapable of processing light and cannot be corrected.

@Invigoration_ @PunisherFanatic Because under the standards set forth by various organizations, in order for someone to be considered "technically able to see", a person's eyes need to capable of processing light. Since Daredevil's vision cannot be corrected, he's considered "legally blind".
