@kstrategies18 @BadLegalTakes It depends. Being armed, by itself, isn't usually considered a threat. If I walked into a Klan meeting with a gun, but not brandishing, and someone there pointed a gun at me, and *then* i shot them, I'd probably have a good self defense claim.
