PocketChange Protocol ($PCP) What It Does PocketChange is an automated money-making machine that lives on the Solana blockchain. It finds tiny price differences for the same crypto token across different exchanges and exploits them for profit — this is called arbitrage. Think of it like noticing a store selling sneakers for $95 while another sells the same pair for $100. You buy from the cheap store, sell at the expensive one, and pocket the $5 difference. PocketChange does this thousands of times per day, automatically, with crypto. How It Works 1. You deposit USDC (a dollar-pegged stablecoin) into the vault 2. You receive $PCP tokens representing your share of the pool 3. The engine scans prices across exchanges every half-second looking for mismatches 4. When it finds profit, it executes the trade atomically — meaning the trade either fully succeeds or nothing happens (your money is never at risk from a half-completed trade) 5. Profits flow back to the vault — 80% grows your deposit, 20% goes to the protocol treasury 6. Withdraw anytime by burning your $PCP tokens to get your USDC back, plus your share of accumulated profits Five Arbitrage Strategies ∙ Triangular — Swaps through 3 tokens in a circle (SOL → RAY → USDC → SOL) and profits if the round-trip returns more than it started with ∙ Flash Loan — Borrows from the vault, executes a profitable swap, and repays instantly — all in one transaction. Zero capital risk. ∙ CEX-DEX — Buys on a centralized exchange (Bitget) where the price is lower and sells on a decentralized exchange (Jupiter) where it’s higher, or vice versa ∙ Funding Rate — Captures payments from perpetual futures contracts when funding rates diverge from spot prices ∙ Statistical — Trades pairs of correlated tokens (like SOL and JitoSOL) when their price ratio drifts from the historical average, betting it will snap back Safety Features ∙ Circuit Breaker — Automatically halts trading if losses exceed daily limits or too many trades fail in a row ∙ Paper Mode — Can run in simulation mode to test strategies without risking real money ∙ Approval Flow — Trades below a profit threshold require manual approval via Telegram or the web dashboard before executing ∙ Non-Custodial Vault — The smart contract controls funds, not any person. The admin can only borrow and repay within the same transaction — they physically cannot steal deposits. ∙ Encrypted Wallets — All private keys are encrypted with military-grade AES-256 encryption Dashboard A web interface shows real-time engine status, live price feeds, pending opportunities, trade history, and lets you deposit/withdraw directly with your Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare). Where It Runs ∙ Engine — A high-performance Rust server on Railway, scanning prices 24/7 ∙ Dashboard — A Next.js web app on Railway ∙ Smart Contract — Deployed on Solana (currently devnet for testing) ∙ Database — PostgreSQL on Railway storing trade logs and opportunities
