how to make your hackathon application stand out: think of applying to our (or any) hackathon like applying for a job when you apply you are competing with 1,000+ applicants if you want to get noticed, a little extra work goes a long way - dm us - tweet at us - send us a video pitch - send us a pitch deck - be loud on the timeline basically just show us you care and really want to win you worked hard on this thing and it deserves to get noticed happy hacking legends

Grateful to be working with people that challenge and inspire me @finnbags @ramyobags @StuuBags @alaadotsol @carlobags @sincara_bags Some advice from the big man @finnbags himself: Cut losses faster and double down on your winners, don’t just let them ride. Your jumper is better than it’s ever been, so take a lot more shots. It’s about the same amount of effort to reach a small goal vs a big one, so choose big.

Huge thanks to @BagsHackathon for this upgrade support 💙 I won the $10k prize, and they also added an extra $1k intended for a Mac mini. I didn’t need a Mac mini, but my old laptop was already struggling with my daily workload — so I used it to upgrade to a new MacBook. Now I can build faster, smoother, and ship more. we won the @BagsHackathon with @primisprotocol but the hackathon was never the finish line. the reason we’re building primis is simple. builders should not have to absorb compute price risk just to ship products. and this is a hard lesson i learned while building @dolos_diary and trying to ship dolion. today, teams compare fragmented rates, chase volatile pricing, and plan margins around an input they cannot properly forecast. that works when compute is a small ops expense. it breaks when compute becomes the primary production input. primis is not another cloud. not another gpu marketplace. primis is the pricing layer for compute. one interface to query normalized rates, generate quotes, reserve predictable pricing, and track usage inside existing workflows. the goal is not cheaper compute as a gimmick. the goal is making compute financeable. open beta next. primis mode.
