Spent yesterday trying to coordinate a team of agents. Had my kid strapped to my chest the whole time. She handled it better than the agents did. One agent: magic. Two agents: powerful. Five agents: chaos. They lose context. Duplicate work. Make confident decisions on bad info. Step on each other's files. Don't ask questions, just proceed. Bought a cheap Mac mini and gave the whole machine to the agents. Their own environment, their own accounts. Best decision so far. The actual frontier isn't what one agent can do. It's what happens when you need multiple models working together on something real. Going to be using @Paperclip_AI going forward. Still figuring it out.
