@JEPnews It is indeed a mess. One unsurprising conclusion is that it is untenable to continue with Infrastructure & Environment within a single department. Env needs to have its own dept & Chief Officer. The conflicts are too great at present. @sibcy2 @julienmjersey

@WarrOnWords @mailolstar @lisanoel1968 It might be worth checking how many of those fields approved in the BIP currently have access to the public drainage network (and have the additional capacity required) and the other main services. The answer might be disappointing.

@lisanoel1968 We have the green field sites as allocated under the bridging Island plan. Up to developers to find a way of delivering those first time buyer homes
