Indeed Mark. Thousands of new builds already planned for Letchworth/Baldock and @AffinityWater already drain the Ivel chalk stream dry. Tempsford floods regularly when the Ivel can't discharge into the Ouse at high flows. Great place for a reservoir. 💩 place for a town!
