@AffinityWater we tried to report a road water leak today online however after getting to the end having unloaded photos and pressing submit, we are getting Error 403. Tried more than one browser. Is there another way to report? Thanks

@AffinityWater this is beyond frustrating. Over 3 years of a leak outside my home on Rickmansworth Road, 2 failed digs, and the last job ref: CE-5144679 didn’t fix it. I saw with my own eyes—when the pipework was exposed before backfilling, it was still leaking, causing dampness

@TashaK2024 Hi Tasha, the burst main is affecting some customers in the surrounding area of Scarborough Avenue in Stevenage and there is currently a lane closure in place on Gunnels Wood Road (A1072). Our teams are working on repairs to restore normal water supplies as quickly as possible.
