It is highly inappropriate that @USAmbIndia referred to this as cooperation between “two nations” instead of cooperation with the State of Tamil Nadu. India is one sovereign nation, and official diplomatic communications must reflect that constitutional reality. This is too significant to be dismissed as an inadvertent mistake.@realDonaldTrump

This has very objectionable implications.
Interfering in the sovereignty and unity of India.
He should have said “ between the US and the Indian state of Tamilnadu”.
If this was an unintended slip, as it could be, he should amend his X post.
