I ruminate on my existence sometimes and I hate my parents for birthing me knowing they had no intention of doing more than the bare minimum to make sure I'd make it to adulthood. It would be my greatest regret to know if my own children felt the same.

I have had these thoughts since kindergarten.

The more I think about it, the more I think of tips as *supplemental income* and what servers are just not getting is that *we* don't have that supplemental income to give with them! They're getting paid regular wages like the rest of us but get that allowance from our charity.
