The universe will make sure you'll win if you just keep going. not because life suddenly becomes easier overnight, but because the moment you truly believe in yourself, you stop moving like someone who’s waiting to fail. most people think success belongs to the smart, lucky or talented people. but actually, a huge part of it belongs to the people who refused to stop before the results showed up. every good thing in your life once existed as something uncertain, something invisible. there were moments where nothing made sense yet but you didn’t quit just because you couldn’t see immediate proof. you kept going anyway, and eventually you got to see it all with your own eyes. so keep showing up. keep visualizing. keep moving like the life you want is already making its way toward you. appreciate that you are constantly evolving and that this position you are in right now is not your final destination. cause the universe responds differently to people who trust themselves deeply. people who continue anyway. people who stay committed to the vision even when they have no evidence yet besides faith. what’s meant for you does not always arrive instantly. sometimes life is preparing you mentally before it delivers what you asked for. sometimes the delay is building the version of you capable enough of handling the blessing properly once it arrives. “every version of you that suffered was shaping the version strong enough to receive what you asked for.” so stop acting like your dreams are impossible just because they haven’t happened yet. keep believing. keep working. keep aligning yourself with the version of you that already has it. your future is responding to the energy you repeat every single day.

According to attachment theory, genuine love is reflected in how someone responds to your pain, not just your presence. When someone truly values your wellbeing, their deepest fear isn't losing access to you - it's causing you harm. But when someone only loves what you provide for them they fear losing their supply, not hurting your heart. This subtle difference reveals everything about whether you're loved for who you are or what you give. Notice which one keeps them awake at night.

@Pat_Stedman Currently dating my girlfriend (long-distance) and it's been 2-3 years. She's keen on having 1 max 2 children, while I want more and she complains about how taxing it is on the female body and calls it unfair that men don't experience the same level of pain. It's exhausting lol

I know far too many men who'd like to have big families but their women won't have more than 1 kid. Even 2 kids is a big ask, it's "so overwhelming" for them. If they do have a second one they tend to hate their husband for it. Before you ask, it's not really about resources or even help. That would be understandable, and could be reframed as a timing issue. But they usually have help from in-laws or nannies / daycare. It's also not about the man's laziness - these guys are very involved husbands and fathers. It's basically just "too much" for these women emotionally to be moms, period. If they even take the plunge, they tap out at one. We talk a lot on here about men being weak, and how they don't live up to their forefathers' courage. I obviously agree with this. There is a clear effeminacy and hopelessness among your average guy that didn't exist in prior generations. Living in their shadows, we look pathetic. But honestly, the women are in many ways even more embarrassing. Just try putting them up against their grandmothers and great grandmothers. It's humiliating. They have never had it easier... and yet somehow they have never struggled more. In other words, they are weak. I understand the frustration many guys have, because besides sex I don't even know what many of them contribute anymore. Life with these women revolves entirely about their incessant, negative feelings. They are not dependable and can't seem to carry any societal burdens. I hate the gender war slop, and I know all women aren't like this. There are a lot of amazing women and wives out there (including my own). But it's gotten to a point where societal norms seem to exist entirely to cater to women's feelings. And we wonder why things are falling apart. Women are free to make the choices they want, and I don't think we should ever change that. But we should not be praising women who are unwilling or incapable of living for anything besides their own gratification. These women are as big of losers as the guys who sit around playing video games, and should be called out as such.

She was 28, nurse, would cook for him. Texted him good morning every day. Wanted a family. My client had been dating her 3 months. He thought he'd found her. He had to cancel dinner one night because of a work deadline. She texts him "no worries." Then goes silent for 2 days. No texts. No calls. When he asked her what's wrong she said: "Nothing, I'm fine." He apolgized for something that didn't need an apology. Happened again a month later. 😬

The older you get, the more you realize luck is mostly exposure. If you sit in the same place, have the same routine, talking to the same people, nothing new really happens. You have to tackle the world to succeed. Travel more. Talk to people.

traits of people with high agency: > book flights impulsively > say "call me" instead of texting essays > can become obsessed overnight > walk around during phone calls > buy before they feel ready > don’t ask group chats for opinions > can survive on very little comfort > good at talking to strangers > slightly delusional > treat embarrassment like a temporary side effect > can disappear socially without feeling guilty > low tolerance for slow people > thinks most problems are figureoutable > dangerously optimistic > oddly calm when things go wrong

You have to prioritise the things that are most important to you You cannot get better at 15 things at once So choose what you really want to improve You can only have 1-2 priorities. As a young man it makes the most sense to focus on money & fitness

life hacks every man should learn and do at least once a year 1. wake up early on a saturday and take yourself out for breakfast. dress clean, smell good, go somewhere calm and order a proper meal. no rush, no pressure. just sit, eat slowly and enjoy the moment. take a few selfies too even if you usually don’t. 2. book a decent hotel room in your city for one night. nothing too expensive, just comfortable. carry a small bag like you’re escaping life for a bit. order food, take a long shower, put your phone away for some time and rest properly. learn that peace is the luxury. 3. take yourself to the cinema alone. buy popcorn. pick the exact seat you actually want. think deeply, laugh hard, cry if you need to, feel whatever you feel, no one talking to you. just you and the movie. 4. go to a café on a weekday, order a drink and a small pastry. sit by the window and face your phone down for a bit. watch people going to work, students rushing, cars passing, birds singing, children playing, just life moving in that pace. 5. take yourself somewhere peaceful outdoors. maybe a park, a quiet road, a waterfront or anywhere with fresh air. walk slowly with music in your ears or just enjoy the silence. clear your head a little. 6. learn to genuinely enjoy your own company, brother. if you can be happy alone, you become harder to break, harder to pressure and harder to control. 7. enjoy yourself man. come on, you need it, you deserve it. save and bookmark this share to men who needs the reminder buena suerte 👍

BIGGEST MALE CANON EVENTS: 1. Realizing WWE was scripted 2. First heartbreak (naive phase officially dead) 3. Getting jacked and noticing people treat you differently overnight 4. The broke / unemployed era that humbles your ego 5. Realizing some "friends" only liked you when you were useful 6. Touching real money for the first time 7. Understanding women treat you different once you have status 8. Realizing attraction isn't negotiated 9. Losing a pet (first real taste of mortality) 10. Becoming stronger than your dad 11. Fumbling a hot girl who actually liked you because you were clueless 12. The gym becoming your therapy center 13. Realizing no one is coming to save you 14. Discovering that respect > love 15. Understanding God exists and you're not in control of everything 16. The moment you realize you might actually be built different Every man eventually has a moment where the illusion breaks. After that.. you either grow up or stay naive forever.

There is a concept in psychology called THE SUNK COST FALLACY. When you stay in a relationship not because of who the person is today, but to justify the years of effort you’ve already invested. Your brain tells you, "I can't let 5 years go to waste," forgetting that staying forces you to waste 5 more.

When they’re broke, they rely on men for help. When they start an OnlyFans, they rely on men for income. When they want to escape poverty, they rely on marriage or child support from men. When they want to be signed for their talent, they rely on male executives and audiences. When they’re in danger, they call on men for protection. When they want special privileges, they appeal to men in power. Women Hate patriarchy online, love it offline.
