@EntrepreneurFg I agree. Minor digestive problems vanished when I kicked dairy out of my diet! I was so surprised I didn’t need heartburn medicine, or peptide bismol any more and quit getting pimples. Not to mention my great cholesterol numbers!

A lot of what people perceive as a sickness are efforts of the body to get rid of toxic waste. If you suppress instead of helping the body to get rid off it, it gets worse. Pharmaceutical companies profit greatly from it. The money flows only if you stay sick and buy treatments.

Just curious how many people are forcibly vegan? Considering how vegans allegedly 'force their view down peoples' throats' I'm imagining there would be loads of forcible vegans

All you gotta do is cook your same meals but swap a couple of items for some non cruel ones, I don’t see why this is so hard for people???

@hippidippyvegan I’m so disappointed in myself because my brother was visiting and I made vegan Brunswick stew but was too afraid of rejection to ask him to try some. Later he told me he would have been so happy to try it. Happy ending- I’m visiting him next week and taking some with me.
