I lost my father to sepsis from a lower respiratory tract infection(LRTI), leading to type 2 respiratory failure & refractory shock, causing multi-organ failure & cardiac arrest. He was kind, strong, selfless, & devoted—his love & values will forever guide me🙏💔😭
