welt basically just does more dmg, makes enemies slower, gives out a 40% def shred, enemies dmg taken 35%, he wants ehr for more dmg and reduces all type res by 30% at e6, so basically a debuffer/subdps/sustain kinda? well for a standard he sounds pretty strong
