When I tell people there's Misogyny then there's Urhobo/Isoko misogyny they don't seem to understand.
In my village, there's a day set aside to rape women. Yes RAPE ALL WOMEN YOU SEE OUTSIDE.
I witnessed this first-hand when my pastor's daughter a girl who was barely 13, was gang raped and these barbaric villagers made a case for the rapists including the Nigerian police.
Every day I wake up, I always have a legitimate reason to hate men, patriarchy, and the women who uphold patriarchy.
All of you will die a very shameful death. Useless animals

@Promythious the funny thing i was so close to tweeting "as a liberal how do you both believe that delta culture is barbaric and anti women, and also disagree with yoruba ronu enthusiasts when they claim that their culture is superior to delta culture"

Hearing they have a “rape is allowed” day is crazy 🤣🤣
NUTZ@whobedeez
These guys literally have a rape culture. As crazy as that tag used to sound when it was used, this is actually so in the literal sense where it is seen as a norm. It’s like normalizing the purge.

The appeal of polyamory, for many journalists, lies in the thought of having more than one guaranteed reader.

BREAKING: The number of journalists writing about polyamory has now surpassed the number of people engaging in it. Congratulations to all.

@sentinelprince @TOluwatobiii Are you serious? Wow, I didn’t know that. I’m starting to think I’m not racist enough. Strange!
English

@TOluwatobiii @Promythious I'm Urhobo, stayed in Sapele and its environs for years and I can tell you this shit is not strange at all. Yes, it might not be in the form of tradition, but mass groping and assault of women in those areas are a dime a dozen.
