Tshepi’s death, believed to be a suicide, has shocked the nation amid allegations that she had been sexually abused prior to her passing. #PowerToEngageYourWorld

A peaceful march demanding justice for 13 year old Retshepile Tshedu was blocked at Notwane grounds after police denied a permit, saying other requirements were not fulfilled. Protesters remain on site, calling for urgent government action and accountability over alleged mishandling of the case. #PowerToEngageYourWorld

MARCH BLOCKED AS PERMIT DENIED FOR TSHEPI JUSTICE PROTEST Some members of the public had today planned to march to Parliament to deliver a petition demanding justice for 13-year-old Retshepile Tshedu, whose death last year sparked outrage after post-mortem results revealed prolonged sexual abuse. Organizer Kemmy Mpinang had earlier told Gabz FM News that the peaceful demonstration was aimed at raising awareness and pushing authorities to act against those responsible, while holding investigators accountable over allegations that the case was not properly handled.
