Haverfordwest County AFC can confirm that it is in the latter stages of an agreement during an exclusivity period regarding significant investment in the club from a US-based investment fund. The club has been clear about its desire to raise investment to fulfil its ambition to make the move towards full-time football and competing in the latter stages of qualifying for UEFA competition, and talks have been ongoing with a party who buys in to the same vision. The club hopes to make further announcements in due course.

Morley Sports Management (MSM), the controlling entity of Haverfordwest County AFC, have completed the acquisition of Hamilton Academical FC, who play in League One in Scotland. Founder of MSM and Chairman of Haverfordwest County, Rob Edwards, will be appointed as one of the Board Directors of Hamilton Academical FC, but will remain in his position at the club. MSM’s objective has always been to be a multi-club, multi-sport, multi-region business, and they acquired a majority share of Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW) in Kentucky in May 2025. The future partnerships with OVW and Hamilton Academical FC will provide strategic and commercial opportunities for Haverfordwest County AFC, and this is an exciting period for the group.
