1/2 LSCTogether Update (wholesystemperfectweek) day3 : earlier bed availability both in day and in week. Occupancy dropped by as much as 3% on some sites and aggregate 1% across system. ED Perf up by 1.2% a day whilst national position is more challenged day by day.

A first as far as I know, LSCTogether (whole system Perfect Week) started this am. All Providers & Commissioners (acute, community, Primary care & MH all focussing this week on intensive flow improvement across a whole ICS. Results @ noon: Best Monday this year so far

A sad day today for the team as we said our farewells as our friend and colleague Louise known to us as LouLou was sadly laid to rest just as this rainbow appeared. We will all miss her so much. ❤️ Big thanks to the fab Kate Butterfield who came and manned the office for us.
