For DeFi, this means: - DEX activity with millions of users - Global payment network - Instant settlement even in multi-step Txs - Capital efficiency that is impossible elsewhere No fragmented liquidity. No bridges. No L2 complexity.

Hyperscale proves that the monolithic L1 thesis can win. It scales with a single chain. It maintains cross-shard composability It runs on decentralised, commodity hardware One unified ledger that can power global financial systems.

Cross-shard atomic transactions are unique here. No other sharded blockchain can do this; they all break composability, which is a superpower of DeFi for capital efficiency.

4) Operational Streamlining - We are auditing all Foundation-managed services to remove non-essential systems and services that won't be required given the planned transition. - Specifically for radixdlt.com (and associated subdomains on Webflow), I've been looking to move the enterprise Webflow account to a self-serve model (significantly cheaper) or export it entirely to reduce costs.
