Kodak Black was arrested in Florida on a drug trafficking charge, according to TMZ. His attorney Bradford Cohen says the arrest was a coordinated surrender tied to a November 2025 case, where police searched a vehicle with one passenger inside who was not Kodak. Police allegedly found a bag with several items, including a bottle of prescription cough syrup that had Kodak’s fingerprint on it. Cohen says the charge has a “weak legal basis”: "We look forward to yet another fruitful resolution to another case that should have never been filed." (via TMZ)
