What do you call it when a trillion‑dollar company punishes a small creator for winning a legal case against them? 418 DAYS of being terminated for content YouTube's own HUMAN REVIEW APPROVED. DAY 179 since winning a LEGAL CASE proving that the termination was wrongful. YouTube is now ignoring this decision. They would rather ban a legitimate creator than admit their AI made a mistake. So I have: ✅ An independent legal body finding my content creation practices credible ✅ YouTube's own June 2024 human review finding full compliance of my content with the policies ✅ All my content confirmed to be legitimate by the dispute body ✅ A legal decision that YouTube violated EU law YouTube has: ❌ No specific evidence ❌ Contradictory past assessments ❌ Violated procedural law @TeamYouTube Can we please fix this? I'm not going anywhere. I just can't do that after what I've been through this whole year. I really hope we can finally start an honest dialogue, reach a mutual understanding, and resolve this. Just look at the evidence, do a human review, and give me my channel back. Well.. I tried something with the wacky watch website and translated the bips into morse code and it translates to "thank you" Weird but.... thanks? I also noticed (it might just be me) but the bips sometimes seems to be faster..... Need to be confirmed.
