Replacing a gas boiler with a heat pump in the UK cuts emissions by 77-86%.
This includes the embodied emissions from manufacturing the heat pump.

Arrived St Quentin with 25km to spare on about 7%. Suggests I should do about 200 miles to a ‘tank’, or 140 miles if I’m going from roughly 80% to 10% each time, which takes just over half an hour to recover on a supercharger.
