Can we stop waiting 'a couple minutes' for a virtual meeting to actually start? It's been a year of this, people who are gonna be late are just gonna be late, or learn to be on time. I will not be taking feedback on this.

@Billius27 My kid entered kindergarten this fall and is the only one in her class wearing a mask. She knows it is important and that it works and she’s picking up new French SO FAST it can’t possibly be detrimental to learning (as a rule).

@YoniFreedhoff Polling station today, only 1 @ottawavote staff member/volunteer had a mask on. Station is in an elementary school! OPH can’t even get city staff to follow their suggestion.

You might think this would be something our MOH/Mayor/Board of Health Chair would want badly to ensure all Ottawans knew, but that would require them to care about pandemic public health and they've long since abandoned that post

@IanMikutel @MicrosoftTeams @bing @Microsoft365 @jeffteper Yeah that’s what we do but it’s very confusing to explain that to people and the login page that pops up most when you’re in a hurry makes it a workaround. Our Teams admin is stingy with apps so this is also our workaround for lots of other Teams apps but I’d rather not use it.
