We knew as a fellow at VUMC and with his work at VISE and were fortunate to keep him at VUMC. Already carving an impressive line on the slope of academic urology and will be a force for decades.

HoLEP is an option however with significant risk of transient incontinence for this large adenoma. Covering the entire excision bed with 360degree suturing of the bladder mucosa expedites healing. 🙂

@drjkaouk Imagine if we could do it all endoscopic and bring down mucosa so no abdominal incision. Probably needs better tools and a truly endoscopic robot. Should we work on at Virtuoso Surgical ?
