Instagram (@instagram) is cracking down on peptide content. Even educational content discussing mechanisms and underlying science. Best guess is this is a crackdown on the gray market combined with poor moderation.

@AustenSlade @RahulMehan1 @EvanThomas84 ^^^this is a huge patient population that we can’t put into a RP or RT bucket. I hate to agree with you Austen, but this is such a challenging population to treat. There’s a role for proven therapies here.

This is malpractice if outside of a clinical trial. The rest of us in real oncology world will be dealing with messy salvages of the failures long after you’ve abandoned these men.

@RahulMehan1 @EvanThomas84 Not to mention the hundreds of patients who will otherwise do nothing out of fear of complications from prostate cancer treatment - they are not better being ignored.

@EvanThomas84 Respectfully, I’m involved in multiple prospective prostate cancer trials. Progress requires studying innovation, not dismissing it. I also routinely perform salvage treatments for radiation failures (including TULSA-PRO). Assuming physicians will “abandon” patients is unfair.
