Oh boy we might be getting ahead of ourselves here….. @StevenCheah is this an infield fly yes or no? I have more questions regarding this play as well but let’s just start with that before I blow your mind 🤯

@rirokpik To truly understand this, you would need some background in Jewish traditions. Before Christ, souls did not go to heaven or hell, but had other resting places. When Jesus died on the cross, he went to those places and brought the souls to heaven, or left them separate from God.

So the billions of people who existed before “your Jesus” are burning in hell for being born too early in history?

@ToriatheistTori The laws of this universe do not apply to God, as He is outside of this universe. Un-created, able to observe His creation at all times. It is not a contradiction when you understand the context.

@ToriatheistTori When you know and understand that God is outside of time and space, meaning God is outside of all creation, you can start understanding perfectly, and easily. We are the product of God's creation, our entire universe is God's creation. God is eternal, outside of creation.

@off_hendricks @LoganMUFC2004 @ToriatheistTori We can't fathom what that feels like, because we are always covered under God's love. Whether you believe it or not, whether you "feel" it or not, we are unconditionally under His love and presence.

@off_hendricks @LoganMUFC2004 @ToriatheistTori As well as others are gnashing their teeth, in anger and spite, that how could God now allow this, leaving them without any hope, or love. Waving a fist at God, for giving them exactly what they asked for.

@Atomsmade To know and understand that there are laws of the universe, that the universe has to obey, to stay together, is to also know there must be a law giver or law maker. There is no such thing as a random law, without a law maker.

“I am not agnostic. I am an atheist. I don't think there is no God I know there's no God the same way I know many other laws in the universe. I know there's no God and I know most of the world knows that as well. They just won't admit it because there's another thing they know. They know they're going to die and it freaks them out. So, most people don't have the courage to admit there's no God and they know it. They feel it. They try to suppress it. And if you bring it up, they get angry because it freaks them out." - Adam Carolla

@Thomas47692 @LoganMUFC2004 @off_hendricks @ToriatheistTori But since miracles do not happen, clearly these people can not be trusted... The Crucifixion is a historical fact. People seeing Jesus after the Crucifixion, is also, a historical fact. What you do with that information is on you. Evidence points to, Jesus rose.

@Thomas47692 @LoganMUFC2004 @off_hendricks @ToriatheistTori You clearly have never researched this fully. Every thing you have suggested, has been debated and debunked at length. To the point of you are left with, "either Jesus rose from the grave, and was resurrected" or "people truly believe they saw a risen Christ"

@IsraelAnderson @TheStaad @rfgeier Everything you addressed is debunked within the text you tries to claim is wrong. And multiple other texts throughout the Bible that use YHWH and El Elyon interchangeable as the same God, same being. Never as a subordinate. I can see why you would make that mistake though.

@RyanBakerFit @TheStaad @rfgeier Everything you keep talking about is already addressed and debunked in the study I gave you. Maybe you don't know how to read? But that would be your only excuse at this point. You don't know what you're talking about dude. It's wild you keep trying to bluff. 🤷‍♂️

The New Testament didn’t exist during Jesus’ life and ministry It wasn’t canonized for 350 years There was no “sola scriptura” in the early Church Nobody came to church with a Bible tucked under their arm. Most of them couldn’t have read it anyway because of such high illiteracy rates They did, however, attend Mass and receive the Eucharist and had priests, bishops and deacons Scripture is a later addition to the faith. It was written by apostles and canonized by the Church long after the Church had already been venerating Mary and asking for the Saints’ intercession Christ left a Church, not a Bible. The Bible gets its authority from the Church. So if that same Church tells me to pray the rosary, I’m gonna do it

@IsraelAnderson @TheStaad @rfgeier The same Song of Moses people use to argue for a divine hierarchy actually undercuts that claim—because just a few verses later, YHWH declares there is no god besides Him. That’s not a subordinate deity talking—that’s the Most High speaking.

@IsraelAnderson @TheStaad @rfgeier Deut 32 uses divine council language, but the Bible repeatedly identifies YHWH as El Elyon Himself—not a subordinate. ‘Sons of God’ are heavenly beings, not rival gods. The text is monotheistic, not a hierarchy of gods.

@IsraelAnderson @TheStaad @rfgeier It is funny how you can say that I am acting childish with no scholarship and then cry and attack the person when someone refutes what you are saying. No offense, but that makes you look like the fool. It also shows a lack of confidence in your work. You may need a snickers.

Everything in the article that you are responding to is what every single biblical studies student at seminary learns in their very first six months. You can keep bluffing, but you just don't have the slightest clue what you're even talking about. The bluffing isn't gonna work here. I've spent my life studying these things. You haven't. You haven't spent five minutes. So move along and maybe try to fool some others that are more at your level. You're just making a public fool of yourself here. Everything in my article is standard scholarship. You will not be able to disprove one single point. That's why you keep whining like a lunatic. That's why you haven't addressed one single point. Because you can't. Grow up dude. You look like you're a grown man. But you're acting like an 11-year-old boy.

@IsraelAnderson @TheStaad @rfgeier You are factually incorrect. You are making a narrative that you want to believe, from information you gathered. The only reason to have an apologetic against it, is because it is completely wrong, misleading and made with far reaches that no textual critics would even argue.

@IsraelAnderson @TheStaad @rfgeier You’re mixing real scholarship with big leaps. Yes—textual variants exist. Yes—scribes made small, documented adjustments. But that’s not the same as rewriting theology. The Dead Sea Scrolls actually show how stable the text is overall.
