Three weeks ago I talked w Josh Teater at the @BahamasKFTour after he made the cut on a sponsor’s exemption.
With virtually no status his career was on the line. The two weeks in the Bahamas kept his career alive.
Today he won in Panama. Truly awesome.

This past season on PGA Tour, looking at par four 2nd shots and par three tee shots as a combined group:
What percent of shots were:
1) From 180 yards or longer to the hole?
2) From 119 yards or shorter to the hole?

Anyone have ideas on why individual champ is determined with stroke play but team is match play?

@TrakeCarpenter No need for data. The data in lies in the fact that if a team was up 20 strokes in strokeplay, people would probably be more inclined to tune out. I’m in agreement that strokeplay is the best way to determine the best team.
