Key updates include: - The write-back and redistribution of unmatched digital royalties (MIT retentions) after two years - Clear timelines and requirements for claiming undocumented works - New provisions for Non-Society member allocations and forfeiture timelines - Updated guidance on arrangements of public domain works - Defined deadlines for live performance submissions to ensure timely distributions These changes are designed to strengthen how royalties are managed and distributed, while aligning with industry best practices.
