Every legendary company embodies three archetypes: The visionary tyrant founder The stylish European designer The quiet geek engineer Apple, Tesla, Meta, and OpenAl all exemplify these roles. However, there is always the exception that proves the rule - Linux had Linus Torvalds. #devs #ai #software

I created my LinkedIn account 51 weeks ago. Since starting I've added $100,000+ to my agency pipeline, built nearly 10,000 connections and logged 3.3M impressions. LinkedIn has already driven five figures in extra revenue to SEO Stuff this month. Use this system before LinkedIn tightens the algorithm again. And if you want the full cheat sheet with engagement group templates, carousel playbooks, DM workflows and more, follow me, repost this, and reply “LinkedIn Growth Guide.” You must do all 3 to receive the DM. Here is what is working best on LinkedIn right now: High impact proof posts continue to outperform everything else. Metrics alone are not enough anymore. Metrics combined with a short narrative or process behind how the result happened are driving the most reach and inbound. Short, story driven posts are still performing extremely well. The feed is full of frameworks and lists. It is not full of compact, relatable, human stories. A quick client win, a mistake, a turning point or a moment of clarity all generate high engagement. Conversation starters remain one of the strongest ways to gain early momentum. Bold questions, clear stances, or challenges that invite response help gather early comments which lift distribution. Text posts, carousels and native videos beat link out posts by a large margin. If you must share a link, build value inside the post first and change the preview image. Or place the link in the comments. Dwell time remains a major factor too. If someone reads the whole post, swipes through multiple carousel slides, or watches most of your video, the algorithm pushes your content further. Topic authority is even more important now. Posting consistently around the same subject helps LinkedIn classify you as a reliable voice in that category. If you talk about growth, content, entrepreneurship or marketing, consistency compounds distribution. Audience overlap across niches is one of the biggest growth drivers. Engaging consistently in 2 to 3 adjacent fields expands your reach into those networks and gives your posts more first hour engagement from audiences outside your core following. Reposting your top performers still works extremely well. Most people never saw your post the first time. Reposting after 2 to 4 weeks with new hooks and new framing puts your best content back into circulation. Posts that create replies to replies are being pushed harder than before. Deeper comment threads are now a clear visibility signal. My posting routine: I post 3 times per day, every day of the week. Morning is a strong point of view or a proof based story. Afternoon is a carousel, annotated screenshot or case study. Evening is a lesson, framework or mini thread. Skipping even one day affects reach the next day. Formats performing best right now: Carousels with a bold headline on slide 1 tied to a result or pain point, 3 to 5 tight middle slides with steps or annotated visuals, and a final slide with a direct call to action such as “Comment guide if you want the full version.” Short native videos under 60 seconds with a strong hook in the first 2 to 3 seconds. Subtitles matter. Walkthroughs of real processes outperform polished talking head content. Text posts or micro threads with a sharp hook, 1 to 2 line paragraphs, 3 to 5 takeaways and a question at the end to invite replies. Proof breakdowns where you share a result, then break down how it happened in 3 to 4 clear steps. Conversation driven posts where you present a provocative question, counterintuitive insight or challenge that sparks multi level comment threads. Posts that are losing traction: Link out posts without strong context. Posts that show metrics but no explanation of how they were achieved. Walls of text without spacing. Generic posts with interchangeable advice. Posts where you never reply to comments. Engagement and community strategy: Leave 20 or more meaningful comments per day in your niche. Like 50 or more posts per day, especially ones that have active comment sections. Reply to every comment on your own posts within the first hour. Repost your top posts every 5 to 7 days with a new hook. DM 5 to 10 people per day with value tied to something they recently posted. Create deeper comment threads by asking follow up questions or pulling people into the conversation. LinkedIn is heavily rewarding repeat engagement from the same people and deeper comment chains where replies spark more replies. Hooks and angles performing best right now: I started this account 51 weeks ago. Here is what $100,000 in pipeline actually looks like. This 4 slide carousel booked 5 calls in 24 hours. Here is slide 1. If I had to rebuild my LinkedIn from zero today, this is the exact system I would use. The 3 post per day routine I use to generate consistent inbound. I made x amount this month from LinkedIn. Here is the breakdown. Always back hooks with proof. Screenshots, receipts, dashboards, analytics or specific client outcomes. Here is the updated 30 day LinkedIn growth plan: Post 3 times per day with at least one proof driven post. Comment on 20 or more posts per day with real insight. Like 50 or more posts per day. Reply to every comment within the first hour. Repost your top content weekly. DM 5 to 10 people daily with contextual value. Track impressions, comment depth, leads and repeat commenters weekly. Experiment with hooks, formats and posting times. LinkedIn remains one of the strongest engines for inbound and long term business growth in 2025. Run this system for 30 days. Screenshot your Day 31 results and tag me when inbound starts. If you want the full cheat sheet with engagement group templates, carousel playbooks, DM workflows and more, follow me, repost this and reply “LinkedIn Growth Guide.” You must do all 3 to receive the DM.
