@SnowJoe what a piece of junk! I spent over $200 and it broke as soon as I took it out. Started, and broke in 5 minutes. They sent me another "warranty" replacement, put it together and it won't even start!!! Don't buy this junk! I want my money back!!

@CanonUSA am ready to switch to Sony! Sent a 5D MKIV for repair because of a green line in images. Service keeps trying to tell me nothing wrong! I ended up disappointing a client because of this issue. No one wants to help fix it

@onepeloton WORST customer service and experience of any company i have EVER dealt with! If you are considering buying one of their bikes.... DON'T do it! I have had nothing but issues and i have a brand new bike that I cannot use. Can't get a live person to help!!

Don't buy an @onepeloton bike! Can't clip in or out of their pedals and I'm getting ZERO help resolving the issue!! After much drama, the bike arrived and know it is useless! They were supposed to be #1.

@onepeloton my bike was to be delivered today. They showed up hours early and asked them to come back as scheduled. They left!!! I still don't have my bike! Very upset and no one can help get it here! Disappointed beyond belief in you!
