Had a great discussion with H.E. Dr. Adarsh Swaika, High Commissioner of India to Kenya and Permanent Representative to UNEP and UN Habitat. We explored the growing partnership between India and Kenya in dairy development, genetics, and animal health. As the world’s leading milk producer, driven by strong smallholder farmers, India offers valuable lessons as we work to transform our dairy sector, boost productivity, put more money into the pockets of our farmers and strengthen competitiveness.

Hussein has been on the ground, with and for these boys, I pray that Gvnt supports federation fully, good days are coming.

Joined CS Mutahi Kagwe during the inauguration of new board members of the Kenya Dairy Board. The dairy sector remains a priority value chain under the Kenya Kwanza Administration’s Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA) and strengthening its leadership is key to improving governance, boosting production and making the industry more competitive. We also toured the National Dairy Regulatory Laboratory, reaffirming our focus on quality, food safety and sustainability.

On course for PAMOJA AFCON 2027!

Sports is a power tool. Let's use it to unite the world through sports diplomacy. I presented our National football jersey to, Mattias Grafstrom FIFA General Secretary, Marlon Glean FA President Grenada, Hon. Nelly Mukazayire Minisiter of Sports Rwanda, Indrek Schwede FA President Estonia and Fabrice Shema Ngoga FA President Rwanda on the sidelines of the FIFA Series finals in Kigali.

For the last 10 years, Rwanda has consistently invested resources in addition to the FIFA forward program to build a world class facility at the FERWAFA HQ. Today, I joined key officials including FIFA General Secretary Mattias Grafstrom, Rwanda FA President Fabrice Shema Ngoga, and Sports Minister Hon. Nelly Mukayizere, CECAFA Presidents, amongst other dignitaries for the FIFA Arena project launch at Kagarama High School in Rwanda. The event also inaugurated the new Technical Center and national team accommodation facilities, funded by FIFA forward funds. During the launch, the SG emphasized FIFA's commitment to supporting member associations in empowering youth and nurturing talent. He also introduced the "Boots for All" project to provide essential equipment to young athletes. As FKF, our work is cut out as we thrive to catch up with the rest of the region and the rest of the world in improving our standards. We are up to the task and we shall get there in no time. The event was attended by CECAFA member association presidents, highlighting regional collaboration in football development.
