There are Bergen Counties everywhere for those with eyes to see

This is a commuter’s dream We built these homes directly on the main interstate The instant you leave your driveway, you’re already on the highway headed to work We’ve cut commute times down by several minutes for all our new residents

@Tender_Morsel There must have been some algorithmic tweak because this never happens to me and yet this weekend three posts grew a mind of their own 🤣

@Tr0nSwans0n Most of the people I’m talking about were born in New Jersey and went to an SEC school for college. It’s become very popular lately, but back when I was a kid if you went out of state it was usually a Big Ten school like Penn State or something.

@Seb__flyte1 this is funny because a coworker of mine is a New Jersey native who went to Ole Miss
English

@goomba_stack Yeah I’ve seen them popping up everywhere over the past few years.
English

@Seb__flyte1 My affluent Jersey neighborhood has a surprising amount of SEC flags. Including mine. Go Gator.

@SFalling30522 Huh interesting she’s a Schermerhorn. Thats an old money New York family that has streets named after them. Even the old money couldn’t save that name from getting cut from the marquee!

I don't think is uncommon as Germanic names can be horrific. Like Alison Brie is Alison Schleronhornburger or something

John Denver is the rare person who took on a stage name because his actual name (Henry John Deutschendorf) was too ethnic in a Northern European way.

@DeoVindiceXIV Yeah apparently it’s operated by the descendants of Sicilian immigrants for one of their hometown saints.
English

@TwinkTheory Same here it’s got a great energy. Wish I had a better picture!

@Seb__flyte1 Love this one think about it every time I walk past

I would agree. If you are going to focus on three cities in the U.S. only, I imagine the better three would be: New York, Washington D.C., and LA. New York is about money, D.C. is about power, and LA is about fame. But then to call everywhere else mediocre (I suppose that is what Williams was implying with Cleveland) is too broad a brush. Probably every U.S. city beyond NYC, DC, or LA has one or more aspects of those three.
English

I’m not a fan of this quote because I like Cleveland.

@sweetietheykno My parents like it. We just make a day of it and hang out.
