@Syphicc Depends on your overall goal. Both will still build muscle, one would help strength, higher volume is difficult but also good.
Include failure and tracking progressive overload along with eating the right diet,
Play around with both, see what you prefer 👍🏼

Past life’s year had many ups (King being born + people making it amazing) & way too many downs (my illness going backwards faster than I want).
It made me realize the time is now to push harder on my legacy before I can’t anymore.
