Decided to treat myself to ‘award winning’ fish and chips tonight after such a hard week. Not sure what award this order of scampi would get - this is exactly what was in the box 😭 looks like a cheese sandwich tonight after all 😭 @SimpsonsChippy

@JMoncktonSmith @SCOTTDOGG11 Yes and we explained on the phone you ordered a half portion as a side alongside your other meal. Which is 6 pieces, however a couple are a bit small I agree and we’ll chat to the team about popping an extra one or two in when that happens. A full portion is 12 😊

@JMoncktonSmith Thanks for your tweet/email/call. As we said on the phone to you, a portion of scampi is 12 pieces, you ordered a 1/2 portion along side the rest of your meal. Granted one or two are a bit small and we’ll make sure the fryers know to throw a couple extra in when this happens! 😊
