This is a clear interference in State election process.

@robert23905 @BillJaeck @GovWhitmer Those referenced lawsuits were in response to states not following election laws laid out by Congress. The President does have the authority to enforce laws, not create his own.
EO 14019 didn't prescribe different means by which states carry out elections.
