@bt_uk@ruskin147 Rory, Well done for having the presence of mind to question him! This has all the hallmarks of a scam call and @SmartCom_Net are working tirelessly with selected Service Providers to eradicate this on fixed line and mobile regardless of CLI.

Sam from BT called to say they were cutting me off. When I asked where he worked, he said 81 Newgate Street. But when I said I knew the place well and weren't they about to move out, he put the phone down. Strange..

@SmartCallUK How does your system work in relation to Ofcom regs for presenting a cli and for missed or abandon calls to give the customer option to ring cli back. Do you have any UK companies using the system
