@grassrootsrefJa I agree James. It is almost as if VAR have forgotten to look at the whole screen and are just taking into account the nearest defender. I think Hearts could be successful if they appeal this.

For me I think VAR are wrong to get involved in this as I don't think it is a clear and obvious error due to the defender in the middle of the pitch who I feel would be able to get back and put in a challenge due to how wide the attacker is

De Zerbi has not broken any law himself. Maybe the owners have made it clear that they will not sanction any Greenwood signing.

@Footychatryan @CalTalksNL Flahavan was signed as he was available and Brown was sent to Bromsgrove. Whilst Flahavan could come in for a game or two, it makes sense to get another keeper in for the closing stages of the season.

@CalTalksNL Agree 100%. Tonight was an important point. I know some will moan that it is only against the team bottom of the table, but if we had drawn against Rochdale tonight, it would still have only been one point.

@SmfcStatto Eastleigh go down for me. There are at least 5 sides worse than us. Goal difference agreed will play a huge role anyway. I think results elsewhere make tonight a good point in the end.

Was the performance great? No - no it wasn't at all. But it's a point. Results elsewhere mean it's 7 above the drop with a game in-hand. A point is much better than nothing at all. Would say it's a win (maybe 4 points) needed to guarantee safety. #SMFC🟡🔵

@Antthemasterman Needing three points on the last day of the season is a must win game. We are neither doomed if we lose or safe if we win at Truro, so therefore it is not a must win game.

@Antthemasterman But February was meant to be the easiest month and looked how that worked out. Only two teams have beaten York at their place this season and we was one of them. Southend away was meant to be the hardest of the games in our run in last season and we won that one.
