@CardGameNomad Print to meet demand? In europe i have not seen even a single restock. Either it's there on launch day, or you don't get any. Yet at the first TCG event after, some people pull out literal BOXES of stuff at 20 over store prices (and even store prices are over market) 10 a pack

At this point, Pokémon has 3 paths: 1.Print more to meet demand… hasn’t worked so far. 2.Increase pull rates → bring singles down → calm sealed prices. 3.Do nothing… and let the chaos keep escalating. If SIRs were actually pullable, $500–$1000 chase cards wouldn’t exist for years—and people wouldn’t be acting like this over restocks. Something has to give.

Genuinely have no idea how now-dozens of moves/interactions are broken despite being fine for upwards of 20 years. Sheer volume of these is concerning for a battle simulator with more devtime than whole Pokemon games like ORAS or Platinum.

@Smileynator @ashhhe1222 well not quite, my goal was to read the qr off the meme image because i figured it to be a fun challenge and good practice, i knew i could've osinted it too

i was curious as to what the qr code here actually said but it wasn't scannable so i spent 2 hours manually recreating and decoding it

@ashhhe1222 @rebane2001 they are indeed just a tad too fuzzy to do it right. If you spend time drawing the grid after the warp it might just get you a good attempt, but i got bored :P

@rebane2001 @ashhhe1222 Your goal was to find the source of that QR, google apparently gets there faster than reverse engineering the QR code from the most bitrotten image around. I appreciate you succeeded that route though, it was an interesting exercise!

@rebane2001 Also funny, they had it rotates on the actual guys head, so the promo image had to be altered just to coverup that mistake :P

@rebane2001 Ok, so i gotta admit that is a bit harder to make out than i thought it would be, even with warp. But then the funny thing happened, i googled to see if i could find a less fuzzy bitrotted image, turns out a promo image exists that just scans properly 🙃
