Disagree. Express any opinion you can back up. It’s ok to not yet understand others, especially due to lack of resources (including time). It’s ok to not engage. But if you engage, you can’t choose not to TRY to understand others. And you absolutely can’t take pride in ignorance.

A month ago I was proud to say I was cancer free. 3 weeks ago my appendix ruptured and I was hospitalized for 2 weeks with abnormal labs all pointing to the return of the cancer I had just gotten rid of. I’m proud to say that despite this set back, I am still cancer free.

just thought I would announce that I am no longer on chemo. Doctors found no trace of cancer in me, I was on chemo for the 2 years past that mark that I'm required, and they have taken me off chemo. My cancer journey has come to an end. #fuckcancer #cancer #nextchapter

If a job can be done remotely and that person wants it to be then for fucks sake let them work remote. It's a game changer for most people. If the job gets done, who gives a shit what location it got done at? Return to office mandates are simply about control, not productivity.
