@realpwoloss I’m watching the first match, a babyface vs babyface opener between Brett Wayne (Sawyer) vs (Chief) Joe Lightfoot and just as the bell rings we hear an accent-laden voice from the crowd shout “Don’t do bodily harm to one another.” Pro wrestling is amazing.

@RobViper Intellectually, you’re right, but we’ve been doing this for 10 years every Friday at least three matches at a time, not even counting the French Catch stuff, and I can tell you right now that we have a massive backlog as it is, partially due to your efforts, but not just.

At some point the bubble will burst but for now it feels like so much previously unseen or not readily available footage is out there, you can spend your wrestling watching time enjoying that if you're burned out on the sameness of all current stuff.

This popped up on my YT feed today right after a pristine version of Rev Pro: Above & Beyond. We are spoiled these days.

Come for the dreaded double head claw. Stay for Arn Anderson's facial expression when El Gigante turns on him.

There's a real limited window right now for someone to hit the zeitgeist perfectly and craft a modern York Foundation-style heel gimmick around being obsessed with AI and wanting to turn the Sportatorium or Memphis Fairgrounds or whatever into a Data Center.

The stretch run of Bock/Tito was so fucking good.... Bock being relentless but the bloody Tito fires back with everything he has before getting the big pinfall over the World Champ to retain his Gold Cup Sam Houston Coliseum and especially Tito's family goes nuts in glee

@DeansCanon Obviously things will get far, far worse before they get better, but there's a very limited window to get ahead of the curve and it basically has to happen now. Granted, part of the problem is that 1/3rd of wrestlers would think it'd be a babyface gimmick?
