We should always look after patients when they need us but let's be clear, this is only an issue for Quebec. All other provinces pay docs what they would normally get paid per their schedule of medical benefits. Quebec simply does not.

Following CCTV enquiries, it is believed a 62-year-old man was assaulted on Tib Street,near to the junction with Hilton Street
