Hi Ryohei - great question! We see DnoP in many other Pseudomonads (Fig. S4), including P. fluorescens, P. chlororaphis and P. putida. Although homologs appear to be distributed at random across non-P. aeruginosa pseudomonads, it is notably present in all sequenced isolates within a particular P. chlororaphis clade. This may be indicative of fungal-specfic interactions. We hope to have a follow-up paper on this soon!

Thought: How much is DnoP conserved within the genus Pseudomonas (beyond P. aeruginosa)??
