Daughter opened her new iPhone 15 for Christmas from @fonehouse (that was recommended by @MartinSLewis as a Black Friday deal) that looked completely factory sealed only to find a brick in place of the phone. They are not open until the day after tomorrow and she’s in tears

@VodafoneUK can someone help me put a payment on hold please? Purchased a handset and contract through Fonehouse, however the handset is missing from the box. I am not paying £30 a month for a phone I don’t have and a sim that isn’t activated due to not having a phone!
