Hi William. You aren't super smart, so let me help you understand this in simpler terms. Imagine you used to fight a lot and then you made your wife a promise you wouldn't fight anymore. No more fighting. You also promise to keep her safe at all times. Then you're out, and some guy grabs your wife and starts manhandling her. You tell him to stop, but he doesn't. He just escalates. Before it can cross a red line of actually injuring her, you beat his ass. All that fighter spirit and skill comes out, and you're a lion for your wife. Did you break your vow? Did you do the right thing or the wrong thing? Should you have let the guy assault and harm your wife, or worse? See, Trump said no new wars and also drew a bright red line dozens of times while campaigning, perfectly consistently with everything he's been saying for literally 47 years. Iran was crossing the line. He told them to stop. He tried to make deals. He hesitated so long in the effort to keep his "no new wars" promise that tens of thousands of innocent Iranians were slaughtered while Iran escalated, mocked, and advanced faster across the red line. So, before Iran could finish the job, he BEAT THEIR SORRY ASSES and kept his other promise to protect the world from a nuclear Iran. Did he break his promise? No. He balanced two promises until there was no other option. Did he do the right thing or the wrong thing? Right thing, mostly. I think he should have hit them harder, and I think he thinks so too, but he's trying to honor you whining idiots even though you hate him. Should he have let Iran get a nuclear weapon with which to rape the world? No. He should not have, and he didn't. Does this help you understand? Does it clear up how foolish you're being? Do you understand that in the grown-up world, things aren't always idyllic? Do you realize you can stop being a retard about this today, like right now? I hope you do.

If my kid went to public school, he’d already be diagnosed with ADHD and they’d probably be pushing drugs. Instead, whenever he gets hyper, I let him outside to search for bugs. Homeschool is pretty great.

I mean this is why empirical data exists. We can look at children “cruelly” taken from surrogate mothers and see they turn out fine. I’d be more worried about people unfortunate enough to be born to less intelligent parents who spend their time getting mad at strangers online.

@TiffaniMarie483 Schools can't diagnose your kids, and they can't push drugs either. They can advise you on your child's behavior and learning issues and suggest you talk with your pediatrician, but schools aren't handing out drugs at the door.

@StickyWhispers @TiffaniMarie483 Sometimes I let it go. At other times I will sit with them, get everyone sitting down together on the floor, and start asking questions. Never blaming anyone, even if there is a clear "instigator" because it's almost always more complicated than that. Then everyone feels heard.

Canada is cooked. And it didn't suddenly become cooked yesterday. It's been cooked for quite a long time. I realized it during Covid when the people and the govt showed us truly showed us who they really were. Canadians are not 'nice' and Canada can't be saved.

They would be opposed to things like abortion bans, and forcing women to cover up (as seen in hardcore conservative cultures). The two ideologies are fundamentally opposed.
