#NowPlaying Slower - Rage and Ruin, 2024 Second album of the year doing Slayer, but slower (geddit?) along with a couple of originals. This really shouldn't work, but it does. Really well.

#NowPlaying Thyrathen - Lakonic, 2024 Typical Hellenic black metal, big Rotting Christ/Septicflesh vibes, with added tinges of Behemoth. Massively atmospheric, beautifully melodic, wholly enjoyable.

Fireworks... Last night Dakota was shaking with fear hiding on my bed. I wrapped her up in my duvet & laid next to her stroking her to calm her down. It's not fair on our animals.
